Responsibility
- Lead the design of user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries for consistency across products.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to iterate and improve designs based on data.
- Design marketing collateral, including social media graphics, email templates, and brand assets.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative design solutions.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to elevate team output.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and prototyping tools.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience with design systems and collaborative workflows in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
- Passion for solving complex problems with creative, scalable solutions.
