Responsibility
- Design and produce high-quality visual assets for digital and print campaigns, including social media graphics, email templates, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to develop creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Ensure consistency in design across all platforms, maintaining brand integrity and visual coherence.
- Create and refine design templates for internal and external use, improving efficiency and scalability.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance the quality and impact of visual content.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide creative input and design solutions for user experience (UX) improvements, including website and app interfaces.
- Review and optimize existing designs for performance, accessibility, and engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva).
- Experience designing for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email marketing.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while collaborating effectively with global teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
- Experience working in a corporate or agency environment is a plus.
