Responsibility
- Develop brand-aligned visual concepts for perfume packaging, labels, and promotional materials, ensuring consistency with luxury standards.
- Design digital assets (social media, web banners, email campaigns) that enhance engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate fragrance narratives into striking visual storytelling.
- Oversee print production processes, from color calibration to material selection, for high-end packaging.
- Create and maintain brand style guides to ensure cohesive design across all touchpoints.
- Stay ahead of design trends in luxury goods and fragrance industries, proposing innovative ideas.
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine deliverables.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in luxury, beauty, or FMCG sectors.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma/Sketch for digital design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital design for premium products.
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles for high-end aesthetics.
- Experience with print production (Pantone matching, die-cutting, foil stamping) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design rationale and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English; Indonesian language skills are advantageous.
