Responsibility

  • Oversee P&L management, budgeting, and financial forecasting for assigned business units.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10+ years of senior management experience in sales, business development, or general management.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability in competitive markets.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
