Responsibility
- Develop and execute funding strategies to support Gojek's expansion and innovation initiatives.
- Identify and engage potential investors, partners, and stakeholders to secure funding opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align funding goals with business objectives and market trends.
- Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Monitor and report on funding performance, providing insights to optimize future strategies.
- Represent Gojek at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and credibility.
- Stay abreast of regulatory and market changes that may impact funding opportunities.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in funding, partnerships, or business development, preferably in the tech or financial services sector.
- Proven track record of securing funding and managing high-value partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in the Southeast Asian market is a plus.
