Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring, and React.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features for banking solutions.
- Integrate AI-powered tools and technologies to enhance application performance and user experience.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile development processes.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in full-stack development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development with Java, Spring, and React.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
- Experience with back-end development using Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and their integration into software solutions.
- Solid understanding of database design and optimization (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
