Responsibility
- Architect and develop full-stack applications using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Django, or Flask) to support GenAI-driven tools for the justice sector.
- Integrate Generative AI models (e.g., LLMs, RAG, or custom fine-tuned models) into scalable backend systems and user-friendly frontends.
- Collaborate with legal and data science teams to translate complex requirements into technical specifications and actionable development plans.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability, ensuring seamless user experiences for stakeholders in Singapore’s justice system.
- Lead code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines to maintain high standards of code quality and deployment reliability.
- Design and implement APIs and microservices to enable secure data exchange between AI components and legacy systems.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI and web development trends, evaluating new tools and technologies to enhance project outcomes.
- Document technical processes, architectures, and best practices for knowledge sharing and onboarding.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong portfolio of production-grade applications.
- Proficiency in frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, or Go).
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI integration, including LLMs, vector databases, or prompt engineering.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of database design (SQL/NoSQL) and data modeling for AI-driven applications.
- Experience with API development (REST, GraphQL) and authentication/authorization protocols (OAuth, JWT).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote, contract-based role.
