Responsibility
- Develop and implement personalized financial plans for clients, including retirement, education, and investment strategies.
- Conduct in-depth financial assessments to identify client needs, risk tolerance, and long-term objectives.
- Provide expert advice on insurance, tax optimization, estate planning, and asset allocation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, expatriates, and business owners.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and financial products to offer cutting-edge solutions.
- Collaborate with legal and tax professionals to ensure comprehensive financial planning.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports and projections to clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Manager, or Investment Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory frameworks in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse clients.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and present it in a clear, actionable manner.
- Certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner), CFA, or RFA (Registered Financial Advisor) are a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are advantageous.
