Responsibility
- Lead and optimize Record-to-Report (R2R) processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Drive the migration of financial processes to Shared Service Centers (SSC), ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
- Provide expert financial advisory on complex accounting and reporting issues, ensuring adherence to IFRS and local regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement best practices in financial operations.
- Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks and ensure data integrity.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Lead training and knowledge-sharing sessions to upskill finance teams on new processes and tools.
- Support audit activities by preparing documentation and ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with a focus on R2R processes, financial reporting, and process improvement.
- Proven experience in SSC migrations or financial process transformations.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, and financial compliance requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience working in multicultural environments.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
