Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business growth.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to improve financial performance.
- Support tax compliance and audit preparations in coordination with external auditors.
- Monitor cash flow and liquidity to optimize financial operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.
- Maintain updated financial records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
