Responsibility
- Manage full set of accounts and ensure timely month-end closing activities.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss, and cash flow reports.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for management review.
- Ensure strict compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local tax regulations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including bank reconciliations and intercompany settlements.
- Support year-end audit processes and coordinate with external auditors to ensure smooth completion.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to streamline financial processes and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the Real Estate or Property Development sector.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Deep understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and GST/tax compliance.
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines with high attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively in a collaborative team environment.
