Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business strategies.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Conduct financial audits and risk assessments to safeguard company assets.
- Mentor and guide junior finance team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a senior position.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in managing and leading a finance team is preferred.
- Familiarity with the financial landscape in Indonesia is an advantage.
