Responsibility
- Oversee and manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure accurate cost accounting, inventory valuation, and financial reporting for production processes.
- Lead financial planning and budgeting activities, providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.
- Manage tax compliance, including VAT, corporate tax, and other regulatory filings, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Facilitate cross-border financial communications with stakeholders in Mandarin, ensuring clarity and alignment in financial reporting and decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial operations, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in Mandarin (both written and verbal) and English, with strong communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
