Responsibility
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned business units, ensuring alignment with corporate financial goals.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability assessments to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Supply Chain) to optimize financial performance and drive cost efficiencies.
- Oversee the PNG (Profit & Growth) handling process, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of financial metrics.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial systems and workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Support audit activities, including coordination with external auditors and preparation of required documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory position.
- Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and internal controls.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Experience in the FMCG or manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
