Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic external communication plans to enhance corporate reputation and stakeholder engagement.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and government agencies, media, NGOs, and industry partners in Bali.
- Draft and distribute press releases, speeches, and official statements aligned with company values and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and public sentiment, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Organize and execute high-profile events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings to strengthen partnerships.
- Manage crisis communication strategies to mitigate reputational risks and maintain trust.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all external channels.
- Build and maintain a network of influencers and thought leaders to amplify the companyâs voice in key industries.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in external relations, corporate communications, or stakeholder management, preferably in a multinational or fast-growing company.
- Proven track record of managing high-level stakeholder relationships with government, media, or industry bodies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is highly desirable.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience in crisis communication and reputation management.
- Familiarity with digital PR tools, media monitoring platforms, and social media analytics.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
