As a Senior Executive Secretary, you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing complex calendars, coordinating high-level meetings, and preparing critical business documents. Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Head of Department and senior management.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule high-level meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Act as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and databases with meticulous attention to detail.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and corporate events, including venue booking and catering arrangements.
- Monitor and follow up on action items, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure accountability and efficiency.
- Assist in budget tracking, expense reporting, and other financial administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Senior Administrative Assistant, or similar role in a corporate environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the real estate, investment, or financial services industry is advantageous.
