Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end sales administration process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor and control credit limits for clients, assessing creditworthiness and recommending adjustments as needed.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports related to sales and credit, providing insights to senior management.
- Liaise with clients to resolve payment issues, negotiate terms, and maintain positive business relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely invoicing, payment collection, and reconciliation of accounts.
- Develop and implement credit control policies and procedures to minimize financial risks.
- Coordinate with legal and finance departments to address disputes or delinquent accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales and credit-related activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales administration, credit control, or a similar role, preferably in the real estate or property sector.
- Strong understanding of credit management principles, financial analysis, and risk assessment.
- Proficient in using ERP systems, accounting software, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
