Public Mutual Berhad is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive - Reporting to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for key stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in managing user roles, permissions, and workspace access, while implementing Role-Level Security (RLS) to safeguard sensitive information.

Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business needs.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and workspace access within Power BI.
- Implement and maintain Role-Level Security (RLS) to ensure data security and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver insightful reports.
- Optimize and troubleshoot existing reports for performance and accuracy.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data visualization and reporting.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI functionalities.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data reporting, analytics, or a similar role.
- Proficient in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
- Strong understanding of data security and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with SQL and other data visualization tools is a plus.
