Responsibility
- Lead and manage digital transformation projects from inception to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable digital strategies and solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Develop and execute roadmaps for digital initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies and tools, ensuring seamless adoption and minimal disruption.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of digital transformation efforts, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in digital transformation, business process improvement, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, data analytics, and automation tools.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in the education, employability, or non-profit sector is highly desirable.
- Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) or digital transformation are advantageous.
