Warisan TC Holdings Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Executive, Group Finance & Administration to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in the group’s financial integrity, gaining extensive exposure to high-level consolidation, corporate reporting, and regulatory compliance.
You will be responsible for supporting the group finance team in delivering accurate financial statements, navigating Bursa Malaysia reporting requirements, and coordinating effectively with internal and external stakeholders. This role is ideal for an ambitious candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong grasp of financial standards and audit procedures.
Responsibility
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial statements and management reports.
- Assist in the consolidation of financial data across multiple business units.
- Ensure full compliance with Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements and statutory accounting standards (MFRS/IFRS).
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant regulatory bodies for annual audits and tax filings.
- Monitor and analyze group cash flows, budgets, and variance reports to support management decision-making.
- Oversee daily administrative finance functions, including internal controls and process improvements.
- Participate in ad-hoc financial projects and corporate exercises as required by the Group Finance Controller.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, or equivalent).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting, audit, or group consolidation.
- Strong working knowledge of MFRS/IFRS and local taxation laws.
- Prior experience with public-listed company reporting and Bursa Malaysia compliance is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail under tight reporting deadlines.
