Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the billing and credit control processes to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and collections.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Monitor and manage financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax filings and other regulatory reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, billing, credit control, and audit processes.
- Proficient in using financial software and ERP systems. Experience with SAP or Oracle is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
