Responsibility
- Develop and implement corporate communication strategies to enhance the organization's public image and brand awareness.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, including press conferences, seminars, and community outreach programs.
- Manage media relations, including drafting press releases, coordinating interviews, and responding to media inquiries.
- Oversee patient relations initiatives, ensuring timely and effective communication to address queries and concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and newsletters.
- Monitor and analyze public opinion and media coverage to identify trends and opportunities for proactive communication.
- Assist in crisis communication management, developing response strategies to mitigate potential reputational risks.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on communication activities, outcomes, and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful communication strategies and campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in media relations, event management, and crisis communication.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms, including social media management and content creation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
