Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies to assess project viability, risks, and resource requirements.
- Manage variation orders, submittals, and approvals, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and government agencies, to align project objectives.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and financial tracking.
- Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project staff.
- Ensure all projects adhere to environmental, safety, and sustainability best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the engineering or construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with local regulations, permits, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
