Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement electrical systems for manufacturing plants, infrastructure, and industrial facilities, ensuring compliance with international standards (IEC, NEC, etc.).
- Conduct feasibility studies, load calculations, and system modeling to optimize electrical performance and energy efficiency.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment, including power distribution, control systems, and automation solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to integrate electrical designs with mechanical and civil systems.
- Perform risk assessments and implement safety protocols to mitigate electrical hazards in industrial environments.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and specifications using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP).
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical system failures, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum operational reliability.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in electrical engineering, such as smart grids, IoT, and renewable energy integration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree or PE license is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical design and project management for manufacturing or infrastructure sectors.
- Proficient in electrical design software (AutoCAD, ETAP, Revit) and simulation tools (MATLAB, PSpice).
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical codes (NEC, IEC 61439) and safety standards (OSHA, NFPA 70E).
- Experience with power distribution systems, motor controls, PLCs, and SCADA systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on cost-effective, sustainable solutions.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
