Responsibility
- Manage, supervise, and optimize electrical power distribution systems and control panels within the production facility.
- Lead the installation, testing, and commissioning of new electrical machinery and control systems.
- Conduct advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting for industrial electrical faults to minimize equipment downtime.
- Develop and implement rigorous preventative maintenance schedules for all electrical infrastructure.
- Supervise junior technicians and external contractors to ensure compliance with company safety standards and local regulations.
- Collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to upgrade legacy systems to modern, high-efficiency technology.
- Ensure all electrical processes adhere to K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) guidelines and environmental standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in industrial electrical maintenance or plant engineering, specifically in paper or manufacturing industries.
- Strong proficiency with PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMI, and SCADA systems.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical diagrams, industrial instrumentation, and power distribution systems (MV/LV).
- Proven ability to manage technical projects and lead a team effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Professional certification (SKT/SKA) in Electrical Engineering is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
