Responsibility
- Develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns on Shopee and TikTok Shop to boost sales, traffic, and brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (conversion rates, CTR, ROI) to optimize performance and refine strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, logistics) to ensure seamless end-to-end e-commerce operations.
- Manage product listings, promotions, and inventory to maintain accuracy and competitiveness.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and growth opportunities.
- Leverage SEO and paid advertising (e.g., Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads) to drive targeted traffic.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with platform representatives and influencers for partnerships.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders on campaign performance and insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably with Shopee or TikTok Shop.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth through digital campaigns and analytics.
- Fluent English (written and verbal) for cross-border communication and content creation.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and e-commerce tools (e.g., Shopee Seller Center, TikTok Seller Portal).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with a knack for content strategy and A/B testing.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
