Responsibility
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to boost marketplace visibility, traffic, and conversions.
- Manage product listings, ensuring accuracy, SEO optimization, and compelling content.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, CTR, ROI) to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement promotional campaigns and discounts.
- Optimize inventory levels and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Liaise with marketplace platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada) to resolve issues and leverage new features.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Train and mentor junior team members on best practices in e-commerce management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a senior role.
- Proven track record of growing online sales and marketplace performance.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, or BI tools.
- Experience with SEO, PPC, and digital marketing strategies for e-commerce.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid setting.
