Responsibility

  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to boost marketplace visibility, traffic, and conversions.
  • Manage product listings, ensuring accuracy, SEO optimization, and compelling content.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, CTR, ROI) to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement promotional campaigns and discounts.
  • Optimize inventory levels and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Liaise with marketplace platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada) to resolve issues and leverage new features.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on best practices in e-commerce management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a senior role.
  • Proven track record of growing online sales and marketplace performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, or BI tools.
  • Experience with SEO, PPC, and digital marketing strategies for e-commerce.
