Responsibility
- Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to generate leads and drive sales growth.
- Identify and engage with high-value clients through targeted outreach, cold calling, and digital networking.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales approaches and identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and present customized proposals and pitches tailored to client needs and business objectives.
- Monitor and report on KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, CAC, LTV) to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated on emerging digital tools and platforms to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing sales, preferably in a senior role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Familiarity with the Southeast Asian market is highly advantageous.
