Responsibility
- Develop, execute, and optimize performance-driven digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, TikTok).
- Create and refine creative briefs, ad copy, and visual assets to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other tracking platforms.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and developers to produce high-converting assets.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and insights to clients, highlighting key metrics and recommendations.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring alignment on goals, expectations, and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or creative strategy (agency experience is a plus).
- Proven track record of managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns with measurable results.
- Proficiency in ad platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and reports.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and heatmapping software (e.g., Hotjar).
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines.
