Responsibility
- Lead and manage a portfolio of high-value client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and long-term satisfaction.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights and reports.
- Collaborate with creative, technical, and PR teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, presenting strategies, and resolving issues promptly.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to pitch presentations for prospective clients.

Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital account management, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proven expertise in managing SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
