Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Oracle Cloud HCM applications using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to configure and customize Oracle Cloud HCM Core modules (e.g., Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits).
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment using IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi).
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize Oracle Cloud HCM environments for scalability and reliability.
- Develop and maintain scripting solutions (Python, Bash, or Groovy) to streamline HCM processes and integrations.
- Ensure security and compliance best practices across Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, including data privacy and access controls.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on DevOps and Oracle Cloud HCM best practices.
- Document architectures, configurations, and processes to support knowledge sharing and audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering, with at least 2 years focused on Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
- Strong proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible).
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Core modules, including functional configuration and technical development.
- Expertise in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Groovy) and cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud, AWS, or Azure).
- Certifications in Oracle Cloud HCM or DevOps (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect, AWS DevOps Engineer) are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are advantageous.
