Our Advanced Remanufacturing and Technology Centre (ARTC) is at the forefront of smart manufacturing and circular economy technologies. As part of our dynamic engineering team, you will collaborate with cross-functional experts to design, prototype, and deploy next-generation systems that integrate machine learning, IoT, and sustainable engineering principles.

Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven automation systems for sustainable manufacturing and device optimization.
- Collaborate with researchers and engineers to integrate machine learning models, computer vision, and IoT sensors into industrial processes.
- Prototype and test scalable, energy-efficient solutions for smart factories and circular economy applications.
- Optimize system performance using data analytics, predictive maintenance, and real-time monitoring.
- Develop and refine algorithms for adaptive control systems in dynamic manufacturing environments.
- Ensure compliance with sustainability standards, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on complex R&D projects.
- Document technical specifications, user manuals, and research findings for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in automation, robotics, or sustainable system development (preferably in R&D or industrial settings).
- Proven expertise in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), Python, C++, or MATLAB.
- Hands-on experience with IoT platforms, PLC programming, or industrial control systems.
- Strong understanding of sustainable engineering principles, energy efficiency, and circular economy concepts.
- Experience with CAD/CAE tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation software is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile, multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
