Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end design projects, from conceptualization to final delivery, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals.
- Develop and refine visual identities, including logos, typography, color palettes, and brand guidelines.
- Create high-fidelity UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications, prioritizing user-centric and accessible solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, development) to translate ideas into visually compelling and functional designs.
- Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of creative excellence.
- Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and technologies, and advocate for their adoption where relevant.
- Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders, using data and user insights to justify choices.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all design outputs, adhering to best practices and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, UX/UI Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in design, with a strong portfolio showcasing conceptual and technical skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or Blender.
- Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
- Experience leading design projects in a collaborative, agile environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly.
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
- Passion for innovation, problem-solving, and continuous learning in design.
