As a Creative Specialist, you will lead the design and development of cutting-edge marketing materials, point-of-purchase (POP) displays, and brand assets that captivate audiences and elevate customer engagement. Your expertise will shape the aesthetic and functional standards of our marketing collateral, ensuring consistency, creativity, and alignment with our brand’s vision.

Responsibility
- Design and produce high-impact marketing materials, including digital and print assets, brochures, banners, and social media graphics.
- Develop innovative and standardized POP (Point-of-Purchase) designs that enhance in-store customer experience and drive sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align creative outputs with campaign objectives.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh, modern ideas to the table.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Conduct regular reviews and optimizations of existing designs to improve effectiveness and engagement.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in retail, FMCG, or advertising.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects, particularly in marketing and branding.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of print production processes and digital design best practices is a plus.
