Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio to visualize key business metrics.
- Supervise and mentor a team of junior data analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and continuous skill development.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to identify data needs and translate them into actionable insights.
- Optimize data collection, processing, and analysis workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and implement KPIs, metrics, and performance tracking systems to monitor business health.
- Conduct advanced data modeling and statistical analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership through clear, compelling data storytelling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio for dashboard development and data visualization.
- Strong expertise in SQL, Python, or R for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Experience with ETL processes, data warehousing, and big data technologies (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
