Responsibility
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track e-commerce performance, customer acquisition, and retention metrics.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on sales funnels, conversion rates, and user behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to optimize campaigns, pricing strategies, and inventory management using data insights.
- Design and implement A/B tests and multivariate experiments to improve user engagement and conversion.
- Automate data collection and reporting processes using SQL, Python, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Build predictive models to forecast demand, churn, and revenue trends.
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and actionable recommendations.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive benchmarks to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in e-commerce, retail, or a high-growth tech environment.
- Proficiency in SQL (advanced queries, joins, window functions) and Python/R for data analysis.
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and data visualization best practices.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
- Familiarity with e-commerce metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, cart abandonment, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with big data platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake) or cloud services (AWS, GCP) is a plus.
