Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of CRM data models to enhance customer segmentation and personalization.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving customer acquisition and retention.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track CRM performance and business metrics.
- Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to integrate CRM data with other business systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation).
- Automate data workflows and implement predictive analytics to forecast customer behavior and campaign outcomes.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to refine CRM strategies and maximize ROI.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, local financial laws).
- Mentor junior analysts and provide training on best practices in data analysis and CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, with at least 2 years in CRM or financial services.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience with ETL processes, data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery), and API integrations.
- Familiarity with financial services regulations and data privacy standards is a plus.
