Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure high-quality data flow.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights using SQL, Python, or R.
- Create and automate dashboards and reports (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for stakeholders to monitor KPIs and business performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define data requirements and support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and implement predictive models and statistical analyses to solve business challenges.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all systems and databases.
- Present findings to non-technical audiences through clear, actionable visualizations and narratives.
- Stay updated with industry trends in big data, AI, and machine learning to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in tech or SaaS.
- Proficiency in SQL (advanced queries, optimization) and scripting languages (Python, R).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and BI platforms.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, A/B testing, and predictive modeling.
- Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, or cloud platforms like AWS/GCP) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to translate data into business impact.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment with a proactive mindset.
