Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and system configurations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design integrations, customizations, and data migration strategies.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for financial processes, procurement, inventory management, and production planning.
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshoot functional issues to ensure seamless go-live.
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and client stakeholders to maximize system adoption.
- Mentor junior consultants and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Stay abreast of Microsoft D365 updates, new features, and industry trends to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, or related fields; MBA or Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-330) are a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 F&SCM or AX, with at least 3 years in a lead/consulting role.
- Deep functional knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Budgeting, Procurement, Inventory, and Production Control.
- Proven experience in full-cycle D365 implementations, including Fit-Gap analysis, configuration, and deployment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise with C-level executives and IT teams.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) and integrations (e.g., CRM, EDI) is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements (post-pandemic).
