Responsibility
- Assist the technical team in system testing, including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support website updates, including content management, bug fixes, and performance optimizations.
- Participate in mobile app deployment processes, including testing, debugging, and release management.
- Provide basic IT support to internal teams, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Collaborate with developers to document technical processes, user guides, and system requirements.
- Monitor and report on system performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, databases, and cloud services.
- Contribute to team meetings by sharing ideas, updates, and feedback on ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, or PHP) is a plus.
- Familiarity with web development, mobile apps, or IT support concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to take on new challenges.
- Prior internship or project experience in IT is an advantage but not required.
