Responsibility

- Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
- Investigate security breaches, root causes, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security best practices into system architectures and development lifecycles.
- Provide security awareness training and guidance to employees to foster a culture of cybersecurity.
- Stay updated on emerging cyber threats, trends, and technologies to proactively enhance defense mechanisms.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on threat detection, incident response, or vulnerability management.
- Proficiency in security tools such as SIEM (e.g., Splunk, QRadar), IDS/IPS, firewalls, and endpoint protection platforms.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, encryption standards, and secure coding practices.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to articulate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS) and risk management methodologies.
