Responsibility

  • Provide high-quality customer service via phone, email, and chat to patients, visitors, and healthcare partners.
  • Handle and resolve inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and comply with healthcare regulations and data privacy policies.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior support staff to uphold service excellence.
  • Monitor and report on customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Work flexible rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to ensure 24/7 support coverage.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare, call centers, or hospitality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and communication tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of empathy, patience, and professionalism when dealing with sensitive situations.
