Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the front office team, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Oversee daily front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, patient check-ins, and administrative tasks.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance performance and foster a positive work environment.
- Resolve patient inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to coordinate patient flow and optimize service delivery.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in healthcare or dental care.
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience, with a track record of team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office software and patient management systems.

- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
