Responsibility

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms with professionalism and timeliness.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to products, services, and technical support.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, helpdesk tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
