Responsibility
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage facility-related activities, including maintenance, security, and vendor contracts, to maintain a productive work environment.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Supervise and mentor administrative staff, fostering a culture of efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor credit and sales processes, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, invoicing, and reporting.
- Develop and implement administrative systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
- Prepare and present regular reports on office performance, expenses, and administrative metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and drive organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in office administration, credit management, or sales administration, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of managing office operations, vendor relationships, and administrative teams.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, including credit control, invoicing, and budget management.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP or CRM systems.
- Fluent in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
