In this role, youâll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge design solutions that elevate brand identity, drive engagement, and convert audiences. From concept to execution, youâll ensure every visual element aligns with strategic goals, leveraging your expertise in UI/UX, branding, and multimedia design.
This is a fully remote opportunity based in Baliâs most vibrant hubsâCanggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, or Kutaâoffering the freedom to create from paradise while delivering world-class design for a global audience.
Responsibility
- Lead the creative vision for global marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Develop and execute high-impact visual assets for digital platforms, eCommerce, social media, and advertising.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to create cohesive, user-centric designs.
- Oversee the end-to-end design process, from wireframing and prototyping to final delivery.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to elevate team output.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in design, technology, and consumer behavior to innovate continuously.
- Optimize designs for SEO, accessibility, and performance across all digital touchpoints.
- Present and defend design concepts to stakeholders with data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in creative design, with a portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and eCommerce projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Sketch.
- Strong expertise in UI/UX design principles and responsive web design.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design rationale.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices for visual content and web design.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) with a stable internet connection.
