Responsibility

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration, preferably within the energy, retail, or utilities sector.
  • Proven expertise in drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts with a focus on risk mitigation and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, regulatory frameworks, and industry standards relevant to retail business operations.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
