Responsibility
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with brand goals, audience insights, and SEO best practices.
- Create high-quality, engaging content across multiple formats (articles, blogs, social media, videos, infographics).
- Optimize content for search engines and user experience, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to produce cohesive, on-brand messaging.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform algorithms, and emerging content formats to keep the brand relevant.
- Manage editorial calendars, deadlines, and content workflows to ensure consistent delivery.
- Edit and proofread content to maintain high standards of grammar, tone, and brand voice.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or Content Strategist in marketing or digital media.
- Portfolio showcasing diverse, high-impact content (blogs, social media, video scripts, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with multimedia content creation (video editing, graphic design basics, or photography is a plus).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines in a part-time capacity.
- Familiarity with Baliās market and cultural nuances is advantageous.
