Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project management for Epicor ERP implementations, upgrades, and integrations, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to maintain project momentum.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including developers, consultants, and vendors, to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Monitor project financials, including budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing best practices.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and team members to foster professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing ERP implementations (Epicor experience is highly preferred).
- Strong expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master is a significant advantage.
- Ability to travel occasionally to client sites or other Epicor offices as needed.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
