Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Applications (e.g., EBS, Fusion, NetSuite) or Technology (e.g., Database, Cloud Infrastructure) implementation projects for enterprise clients.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for system integration, customization, and optimization to enhance business efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze client requirements and design scalable, future-proof solutions.
- Develop and deliver training programs and documentation to empower client teams for self-sufficiency.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business value.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root-cause analysis, and propose innovative resolutions.
- Stay ahead of Oracle product updates and industry trends to recommend proactive improvements.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in consulting, implementation, or support of Oracle Applications/Technology.
- Proven expertise in Oracle EBS, Fusion, Cloud (OCI), or Database Administration.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading large-scale deployments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with C-level executives and technical teams.
- Certifications in Oracle products (e.g., OCP, OCE) are highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote/hybrid environment with occasional travel to client sites.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
